Day 86 (the challenge continues with 2-3 times a day asana practice)
Posture and breathing are the two main themes of any good yoga class. Whether it be yin, hatha, restorative, or hot yoga. If you have a good teacher they will be repeating this over and over again as you practice.
So, be aware of the movement of breathing and how it changes through different poses and through different moments of the day. Do not control it, be mindful of it.
As for posture, you’re the “boss”–when the boss sleeps everyone is sleeping, when the boss does something right everyone will do everything right. Always try to keep the right posture.
